Nowadays there are a lot of problems with small and average business in our city. On the one hand the state demands of timely payment of taxes, rent and other payments in the budget from the businessmen. On the other hand, there is no real support from outside the authorities (information, rent, investment etc.) for the each concrete businessman. Many attempts of singles to inform the city management about the problems of a small-scale business usually come to an end with nothing. Acceptance of strategically important decisions concerning small and average business occurs practically without participation of representatives of this business. Their opinion is not audible in the government. Therefore only through the association of initiative and competent businessmen in the "Business centre", which will have an accurate position and the program of actions coordinated with authorities, it is possible to achieve the changes of an economic situation to the best.
