The present project is represented by the Clinic of professor A.I. Sukhanov for building of an unique medical complex, on which basis the approved, checked up, effective techniques of treatment of a bronchial asthma, which already today have allowed more than 10000 of patients to get rid of this heavy disease in the centre of professor A.I. Sukhanov, will be applied. The money enclosed in this project, will allow to increase repeatedly the quantity of the happy people who have got rid of bronchial asthma, living not only in Russia, but also abroad. And first of all it will be convenient for our northern neighbors – Norway, Sweden, Finland, Denmark etc.
On the basis of this centre it is planned to create the institute of modern medicine in which it will be possible to train doctors both from Russia, and from other countries. We have a demonstrative computer database, films, case records, the addresses of the trained doctors, a methodical material, which will allow to return 1\3 of the enclosed money already in the first year of realization of the project.
We have not only solved a problem of treatment from a bronchial asthma, but we also have proved that a principal reason for a sharp increase of the quantity of patients suffering from bronchial asthma is the wrong treatment of the sharp catarrhal diseases. Today the patient with a sharp catarrhal disease, who visits a polyclinic, leaves it with a bronchial asthma. Today every citizen, where he would not live, is the candidate to asthmatics. Therefore even small publicity expenses will provide an inflow of a large quantity of patients to clinic from every corner of the globe. Already today the small centre on Beloostrovskaya, 26, is known all over the world, but we need modern medical equipment, a hotel-hospital.
In respect of medicinal maintenance we have already today a possibility to apply unique natural medical products or our clinic and also from the foreign firms, applied in clinic more than 10 years.
At the centre there will be a shop, manufacturing our own tools, devices and equipments, which will give incomes same as well as centre activity will be organized. On the fund consideration financial participation of the Russian and foreign businessmen with the future creation of the international company with a bank is offered.
The planned centre will be unique. It will not remind a common hospital complex even distantly. In this centre except the treatment of bronchial asthma and backbone illnesses the patient will recover health for the 100%.
The specified advantages of the project and its state importance will allow to duplicate the project in various regions of the Russian Federation and abroad.
At the first stage the clinic can begin work in partially built up branch of the centre.
The requirement for financing of the given project makes 2-5 million $ US, which will cover all investment costs.
The term of realization of the project makes 2 years. The project recoupment is 2-3 years.
